Penny Mande presents 28 years of successful and uninterrupted experience in the Holiday Sales & Rentals industry.

Highly regarded by her peers in the business, as an expert in her field, Penny has achieved placement in the top 10 ranking with RCI (South Africa) for 10 consecutive years.

Penny is qualified with an FETC Real Estate and is NQF Level 4 & Leval 5 Competent.  Licensed to operate as a professional Property and Timeshare consultant, Penny and is able to deal with all client’s holiday requirements (Buying & Selling) throughout Maritius and South Africa.

New regulations require that all Resale and Rental Agents must have completed the FETC Real Estate NQF Level 4 qualification by the end of 2011 in order to hold valid Fidelity Fund Certificates after 2011.

History
For the past 30 years Penny Mande has been involved with, and has achieved excellence within the timeshare industry in South Africa. In 1982, when Penny joined Southern Sun Timesharing, she was present at the launch of their first timeshare resort Umhlanga Sands in Umhlanga Rocks, Durban, South Africa. At the time, Umhlanga Sands Resort was the flagship of all resorts within Southern Sun Timesharing portfolio.

Thereafter, Penny was directly involved in the selling, renting, purchasing of chalets and weeks on behalf of clients for Sabi River Sun, Drakensberg Sun and also Pine Lake, for many years.

Experience
During her many years of employment at Southern Sun Timesharing, and with her ‘hands-on’ experience, Penny accumulated a great depth of knowledge of Sabi River Sun Resort and Drakensberg Sun Resort, including the area surrounding these regions. (Penny was also present at the at the launch these resorts including Pine Lake Resort, Beacon Island, Cabana Beach, Umhlanga Sands and also Breakers Resort.

New Beginnings
Penny decided to move out on her own last year (November 2010) upon which, she joined forces with her husband Errol Mande who has been operating “Mande Properties” for the past 16 years.

Specialising in the selling and renting of timeshare weeks throughout South Africa, Mande Properties is very well known in the industry and renowned for outstanding service.  Together, as a couple, Errol and Penny are synonymous with their back up service and professionalism - in ‘going that extra mile’ to help their clients in any way they can.

Mande Properties is a member of VOASA and has full fidelity funds certificates, both for the company as well as in their own personal capacity as Principals of Mande Properties which are in place with the Estate Agency Affairs Board, together with trust account. The company is audited annually, so you can be rest assured that your monies are safe and secure!
